
Refund & Cancellation Policy – Glasswings
At Glasswings Events Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide unforgettable experiences for our members. Since our events are curated with limited spots and advance arrangements, we request you to carefully read our refund and cancellation terms.
1. Event Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Tickets cannot be transferred or resold without prior approval from Glasswings.
2. Event Cancellations by Glasswings

In the rare event that Glasswings cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Alternatively, members may choose to receive a credit voucher of equal value, usable for future events within 6 months.
3. Member Cancellations

If a member is unable to attend, cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the event start time.

Eligible cancellations will receive a Glasswings credit voucher (not cash refund) for future event bookings, valid for 3 months.

No credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event or for “no-shows.”
4. Membership Subscriptions

Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.

If a subscription is canceled before renewal, access will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.
5. Special Promotions & Free Passes

Tickets purchased under special discounts, offers, or promotional campaigns are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds/credits will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

Refunds will only be made to the original source of payment.
